Our 2 fundraisers that we will have available for the 2017 season are the R&K Sub Sale and the Football Fantasy Sweepstakes. The Donegal Braves is asking that each family commit to doing at least one fundraiser. If you chose not to do a fundraiser, there is a buyout option. Please keep in mind that all funds raised goes back into the organization to keep us growing, moving forward, and our players fitted with the proper equipment.
$50 for 1 registered players/cheerleader
$60 for 2 registered players/cheerleaders
$70 for 3 registered players/cheerleaders
We are excited to offer the Booster Shot Football Fantasy Fundraiser as another option for our Donegal Braves Families.
The football fantasy fundraiser works along with the regular NFL season. Each ticket is eligible to win every week for all 17 weeks. Each card has a random combination of 3 NFL teams for each of the 17 weeks. If your team combination of scores is the most or the least total points for the week, YOU WIN! It's that easy!
There are also 3 coupons on the fundraiser ticket for local merchants in our community. The savings from the coupons nearly pay for the ticket itself.
Players and families are asked to sell the Football Fantasy Sweepstakes ticket for $20.00 each. We are asking that every player sell at least 5 tickets. You have your customer fill out the back part of the coupon with all of their contact information, tear that off, and keep it in your fundraiser bag until it is time to turn in the ticket stubs and money. ALL MONEY AND TICKET STUBS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO KELLY JOHNSON NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 7TH, 2017. If a player sells at least 20 Football Fantasy Sweepstakes Tickets, they will earn either "Team Beats" or "islides".

The Donegal Braves Organization will make a $2.50 profit on every sub sold and a $2.25 profit on every pretzel sandwich sold. A combination of subs and pretzel sandwiches can be sold to meet the buyout requirement. Also, if you fall short of the required amount that you need to sell, you can simply pay the difference.
To figure out the profit amount you sold, take your number of subs and multiply it by $2.50. Take the number of pretzel sandwiches sold and multiply it by $2.25. Add the sub profit & the pretzel sandwich profit together and that is the amount that you have raised toward your buyout amount. If you are short what is needed, you need to pay the difference.
EXAMPLE: If you sell 12 subs and 9 pretzel sandwiches, you would meet the $50.00 requirement for one child and no money is owed.
12 subs x $2.50= $30.00
9 pretzel sandwiches x $2.25 profit= $20.25
$30.00 + $20.25 = $50.25
ORDER FORMS AND MONEY ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH.
They can be turned into Nikki Geesey or Jake Geesey. Nikki Geesey will be available under the pavilion on the evening of September 18th to collect orders and money. Please be sure you have ALL your columns added up.
IF YOU HAND IN YOUR ORDER FORMS, AND YOUR AMOUNTS ARE INCORRECT CAUSING YOU TO FALL SHORT OF YOUR REQUIRED BUYOUT AMOUNT, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AND EXPECTED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
SUB/PRETZEL SANDWICH PICKUP WILL BE THURSDAY, OCTOBER 5TH, 2017 FROM 6-7 PM DURING PRACTICE UNDER THE PAVILION AT WAR MEMORIAL PARK.
